B2B Consultants: How to Turn Your Complex Method into a High-Converting Visual Guide

Published June 8, 2026 by David

I’ve been a B2B consultant for 10 years. My thing? Turning complex problems into clear solutions. No jargon, no fluff. Just methods that save my clients time.

The problem? On LinkedIn, I was acting like a student handing in a scribbled exam. Walls of text, unreadable frameworks. Result: my posts went unnoticed, even though my expertise could have attracted qualified clients.

The solution? Carousels. Not one, not two, but hundreds I’ve tested to refine my approach. Today, I’m sharing my method for creating carousels that convert—without spending hours on them.

1. Break Down Your Method: "1 Slide = 1 Step"

My rookie mistake? Trying to cram everything into the first 3 slides. Result: my prospects dropped off before even reading halfway.

The right approach:

  • Take your process (e.g., "The 7 Steps to Audit a Supply Chain").
  • Use your Hook to set the stage (the overarching problem).
  • Then, one slide = one step. No more, no less.

Why it works: Every swipe is a micro-win. Your prospect validates a step, absorbs the info effortlessly, and wants to see it through. Your Swipe Rate skyrockets.

2. The Power of Simplicity (Zero Fluff)

A robust B2B framework can be summed up in one sentence. The rest is noise.

Real-world example: Instead of writing "Phase 3 involves a thorough SWOT analysis of logistical processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization levers," write: "Analyze your processes = find the bottlenecks costing you 20% margin."

Design: Use white space to guide the eye. A punchy headline, a striking visual, and boom: your message is grasped in 3 seconds.

3. The "Cheat Sheet" Recap (The Bookmark King)

On LinkedIn, saves (bookmarks) are a strong signal for the algorithm. If your post is saved, you’ve hit the mark.

How to do it:

  • On the second-to-last slide, summarize your framework in one overarching image.
  • Title it "The Checklist to Save for Your Next Meeting."

Why it works: You give your prospect a concrete tool they can reuse the next day with their team. And you showcase the power of your Personal Branding.
