Studio Update: Take Full Control Over Your Text (and Line Breaks)
Published August 27, 2026 by David
I messed up. Big time.
CarouselCraft’s API crashed two weeks ago. Result? The tool froze for 12 minutes. No clicks, no typing, no progress. Just a static screen with a message like "AI’s working, hold on." In B2B, 12 wasted minutes mean a lost client, a stalled deal, or a delayed article.
I realized something: my interface was designed like a mandatory toll booth. The AI had to approve before you could proceed. Major mistake.
AI Isn’t a Gatekeeper
Before, text fields stayed hidden until the AI finished processing. A disaster. Like forcing you to wait for a green light before jotting down an idea.
Not anymore. Text fields are now always visible. Want to:
- Brain dump and write raw ideas manually to beat the blank page on the fly? Go for it.
- Use your own AI, paste the output, then tweak it? The interface says "Welcome."
No more dictatorship of the "Generate" button.
Your Line Breaks Won’t Get Butchered
Another major flaw: you’d spend 5 minutes spacing out your text with the "Enter" key, only for the carousel to compress it into an unreadable block. A copywriter’s nightmare.
I added a technical directive (whitespace-pre-wrap) that forces the app to respect your line breaks. One line break in the editor = one line break on the slide. Period.
And here’s the kicker? This is the foundation of the anatomy of a perfect carousel. Spaced-out text = better scanning = higher-converting prospects.
A Workflow That Doesn’t Slow You Down
In B2B, your time is money. These fixes eliminate friction between your expertise and the final output.
Write how you want. Space how you want. The tool handles the rest.
No more software constraints stifling your creativity. Use this to create your next premium carousels—directly in the Studio.
