Purpose and Legal Capacity
CarouselCraft provides an online service for the automated generation of visuals (carousels) via artificial intelligence. The use of CarouselCraft implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The service is open to adults of legal age as well as minors acting with the prior consent and under the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian. Any payment made on the platform implies that the user has the legal capacity or express parental authorization.
Acceptance and modification of the TOS
CarouselCraft reserves the right to freely modify these General Terms at any time in order to adapt them to technical developments of the tool or legal changes. Users are invited to consult them regularly. Any new carousel generation after a modification implies express acceptance of the new terms in force.
Pricing, Payment and "Pay-as-you-go"
CarouselCraft operates without a subscription. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and inclusive of all taxes. Payment is required per act, immediately before the final download of the generated file. Payment is made by credit card via our secure partner (Stripe), CarouselCraft does not store any banking details.
Right of withdrawal (Express waiver)
In accordance with European consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement.

Intellectual property of the platform
The general structure of the CarouselCraft.io website, as well as the texts, graphics, images, sounds, videos, algorithms, system prompts and design elements (UI/UX) that compose it, are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any representation, reproduction, or partial or total exploitation of the contents and services offered by the site, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the publisher, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement.
Intellectual Property and License of Use
Once payment is validated and the file is downloaded, the user obtains an exclusive and worldwide commercial license to use, modify and distribute the visual on any medium.
- Standard Mode: The user agrees not to hide or remove the "CarouselCraft" watermark.
- Pro Mode (White Label): The user is free of any mention and owns the final work in their own name.

Responsibility for uploaded and generated content
The user is solely responsible for the photographs, images, logos and texts they upload to the CarouselCraft platform, as well as the use they make of the generated final carousel.

- That the content provided and generated does not violate any current law (no defamatory, obscene, hate-inciting, or infringing content).
Limitation of liability related to Artificial Intelligence
CarouselCraft integrates generative artificial intelligence algorithms to design your texts, designs and carousel structures. Although our models are optimized, the very nature of AI involves a degree of unpredictability and can sometimes produce inaccurate, biased or visually imperfect results (hallucination phenomenon).

- The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, contextual relevance or technical perfection of the generated texts and visuals. Regarding the texts, you have the possibility to modify them at any time before placing an order.
- The obligation of verification rests with you. As a publisher, you are required to proofread, verify and validate all content before any publication.
- No guarantee of results. CarouselCraft disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the publication or exploitation of content generated by our platform.
Dependence on third-party APIs and Service Continuity
The operation of CarouselCraft relies in part on application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by third parties (AI providers and payment processors). In the event of a breakdown or access restriction of these third-party services resulting in the inability to generate your carousel, CarouselCraft cannot be held liable. In the exceptional case where a payment is charged without delivery, our responsibility will be strictly limited to the refund of the isolated transaction.
Maintenance and Accessibility
CarouselCraft strives to maintain access to the service 24/7. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or interrupt access to the Studio for maintenance, technical updates or improvements to the rendering engine, without any compensation or refund being claimed by the user.
Force Majeure
CarouselCraft cannot be held responsible in any case if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations results from a case of force majeure. This includes: major cyberattacks, global failure of telecommunication networks, or the bankruptcy of a cloud provider.
Strict prohibition of abuse, scraping and reverse engineering
Access to CarouselCraft is strictly reserved for normal content creation use by a human interface. It is strictly forbidden to:
- Attempt to extract, copy or reverse engineer the system prompts of our artificial intelligence.
- Use bots, automated scripts (scrapers) or attack our servers to generate massive requests.
Absence of professional advice
The texts, captions and suggestions generated by the AI are provided purely for illustrative and marketing purposes. They in no way constitute certified professional, financial, medical, legal or real estate advice. If you use CarouselCraft in regulated sectors, you have a legal obligation to have the generated information validated by a licensed professional.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, formation or execution of these terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the publisher's head office (Commercial Court of Beaune/Dijon) will have sole jurisdiction.

Your privacy is our number one selling point. Our model is based on absolute data minimization.
Data collected, purpose and hosting
We do not ask you to create a user account (no email, no password). The photographs you upload and the texts generated by CarouselCraft are used solely to create your carousel.
Processing your requests requires the use of trusted third-party APIs. These elements may transit strictly ephemerally to secure servers located outside the European Union (notably in the United States). Our partners contractually commit (via EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to process these flows in real time, without any retention or use of your data to train their own generative models.
